To all the FTP gurus and technical wizkidz, this is a cry for help! I've been having a real hard time connecting to an FTP server, and been exchanging emails with its admin for almost a week now but we still can't figure out what's wrong or how to fix it, though we tried virtually every possible solution. I log on normally and start opening folders, but I reach a certain level of sub-folders at which the status bar says "Listing Directory" and it just stays that way forever without actually listing the directory contents. Here is the error log of one of the sub-folders:

IP/Port was replaced by stars and username was replaced by question marks, but this is the error message I am receiving whenever I try to open a sub-directory althought the parent directory and the directories found on it can be normally viewed and accessed. And as you see from the last line, the server kept loading the list for nearly an hour without returning any listings, while for previous directories it would take a couple of seconds. Both the admin and myself are totally puzzled at this and have run out of ideas, so I thought I'd try my luck in here, maybe someone can help out... thanks!
