In February 2006 a special remix competition was announced regarding the toptrack 'Punkâ€™d', produced by Dutch talent Sander van Doorn. The competition, called Pimp My Track, asked producers throughout the world to remix the legendary track 'Punkâ€™d'. Winners would get a spot on the remix vinyl release.

The response on this competition was truly overwhelming. Over 250 remixers applied to this contest and took the challenge to create their own interpretation on the track. After a long selection period, three final remixes were chosen to feature on a soon to be released remix vinyl on Oxygen Recordings.

Hereby we proudly announce the three winners of this competition:
1. Sean Tyas
2. Nortek
3. Fabio Stein

I think not too many participated in that competition. The samples Sander provided for the candidates were very minor, which is good 'cuz it separates the good producers from the bad ones.
