I just found on Aerozone forum (Aerozone is a French site dedicated to Jean Michel) :

"Votre prochain défi ? :
Une date trés symbolique,mi-septembre, à Beyrouth, place des Martyrs, à coté de la mosquée.La souffrance n'à jamais étouffé la fantastique énergie vitale de ce pays."

This is from a very recent article, that says - JMJ says, actually - the concert(s?) will be held in Beirut, at Place des Martyrs, in middle of September.

Lets hope the confirmation is on the way !!
May it be a free concert aswell ?
