Mix fm are surely honorable respectable organizers, I salute the way they handled tonight's unfortunate incident.
G&S filled Zabiela’s gap perfectly! The only reason why I came back early was to keep some energy for tomorrow… See u then!


PS: just for curiosity, I’d like to know the real reason why James didn’t make it tonight, did he had some problem at the Beirut airport? Or he just got wasted and missed his flight?

Zabiela got delayed at Heathrow and missed his connection in Istanbul. He will be performing and playing an extended set tonight at b018. We just need to keep our tickets and wristbands for tonight. Tables already reserved are still the same, nothing has changed.

Madjam's warm-up was great, I liked the music till 1h-1h30 , then (with the situation) the music got less good ...

Didn't like the beginning of G&S's set , but it got much better afterward...

Setup/Lights/Screens are great ! Sound system can be better ....

The only question I'm asking is why MixFm didn't announce earlier that there's a possibility he's not coming, or that he will be at least 2h late ... just so we can know ... (we got the answers but I still think that they should've kept us updated with the infos)

It was a good night after all ... We had good music (except for those who don't like G&S's teksir) and a great setup, and a relatively good crowd.

and it's huge organizational mistake that people are not supposed to adapt to! Making people wait until 3AM to make the announcement that the party is scheduled for the following night may the best marketing escape for Mix maybe, but it's not very honest towards the people who were still buying tickets for the same night! it's not about marketing and compromise Crow, it's about honesty and credibility and respect

In a civilized country, organizers would be sued for such a lie, 3ayb 3leyoun if they don't accept to at least refund the people who wish to!

LOL so basically Zabiela waited in Istanbul until it was 3 a.m. then he was sure that he wasn't coming to Lebanon then he told the organizers he's not coming then? wtf is that logic?? if he missed a flight he missed a flight and that's it!! and suppose he was schedule to arrive to Beirut around 11 pm or even 12 and he missed his flight around 10-11 pm, why would he wait until 3 a.m. to tell us he's not coming? i'm sorry but this is pure bullshit and pure profit by treachery selling tickets at the door knowing that all the equipments and setup will have to be rented for another night, so let's be honest here guys for once and I think you owe everyone an apology AND a refund for doing this. it's absolutely not the way to compensate your losses if you screwed up not flying in the DJ earlier!
