Sorry but i'm not good at ID'ing tracks at events. What i meant is that i could feel the energy more in Markus' set than Armin's last July. And what i meant by being different is that in 2005 he played less commercial tracks, more uplifting tracks and definitely less vocals than he did last July. Nothing is wrong in playing vocal trance but he played too much of it in July, compared to the set he played in Beirut in 2005. I'm not dissing the guy, i'm just saying that his sets are different with more vocals which is something that personally i don't like at all. If i want to hear lyrics i go to a rock or whatever event. Also playing rock tracks and Rise Up at a Trance event shows how much he's changed since 2005! This is a mother fuckin TRANCE event where i believe that rock is a fuckin intruder. As for Ferry, nah he plays less vocals. I prefer listening to lyrics-less tracks and sets. I'm not sorry for being such a Trance fanatic, actually i'm happy about it and if ever a time machine is invented i'll gladly go back to the 90s when there was less lyrics than there is today.

Imagine u like this tune,and think few of the trance experts knows it,then the next day u hear it on every radio station,see all those weirdos listenin to it,now imagine its a track for armin 4 example,how many of those weirdos who have unlimited source of money would attend armins gig?how many of them would destroy the beauty of that song in ur eyes? at least for me i wldnt listen to it anymore,for me,it lost its charm...
thats my personal opinion at least...
dont get me wrong though,im not 100% against commercial tracks,at the end,a producer/dj has to earn a livin...

lol so basically there are the ones who listen to music for music (like me, raneem, cube..) and others who listen to music for the prestige, social status, self esteem, which producer is bringing which DJ and maybe world peace kamil? :lol:

for each his own i know.. but sorry guys to base your criticism over a track or a DJ based on how popular it gets or what social class listen to it is utterly stupid! a trance fanatic ya kamil is fanatic about the music not anything else! getting philosophical over trance got nothing to do with music and surely never makes you a fanatic!!

As the great enigma once said: "close your eyes, take a deep breath, and relax!.." this is how music is perceived and this is how music is judged! no more, no less! FULLFUCKINGSTOP!

PS: Kamil, i can list for you many great remixes of tracks that were Rock, pop, chillout and turned to be trance classics!.. does Delerium - Silence (Tiesto Remix) / Kosheen - Catch (Ferry Corsten Remix) / William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix) ring any bell?
