cant say anything without the date being announced
announce the date at least 1-2 weeks before and this way you'll know for sure whose coming and whose not , then accordingly you can reserve a table

The purpose of this thread is to find out who is interested in a dinner meeting. So far so good and rest assure the meeting will be held next weekend. One and half weeks to decide if you are interested & regarding a fixed date it will be released soon.
