The night started out with AMADEUS on the decks warming up the night. The place was more packed than ever, with the inside area of the club emptied out of tables and chairs for us trancers to fit, and the outside area for that category of people who go to a Trance event to sit. AMADEUS started out at around 11PM, with a magnificent warmup set consisting of such tracks as Mongoose, Jump The Next Train, Ballerina, Sweet Sorrow, Boredom, Persona Non Grata, and so on... The warmup set was as good as AMADEUS got us used to, and the crowd was loving every single track, dancing non-stop, and shouting his name from time to time.
At 1:30AM, both members of Mark Norman made their presence on the floor, and then took over the wheel at 1:45AM, muting the music then starting off fresh with Duende, and things only got better from there. Their 3-hour set was energetic to the max, with every single track creating mayhem on the dancefloor, the crowd raving like madmen... even when we wanted to stop because we couldn't take it anymore, Mark Norman would just throw in a massive floorfiller and get us on our toes again. Only one of the two was taking over the DJ task, the other was just cheering up the crowd and taking pictures. I won't even try to build a tracklist, even though I know most of the tracks, but I don't remember squat, that of course is due to heavy alcohol consumption

3 hours of relentless Trance, from melodic to uplifting to hard to tech, Mark Norman were delivering the right music in the right time at the right place for the right people - that's what a DJ is all about. Their crowd interaction was also great, they're very friendly and alive, and they even responded to a request of mine (Joop ~ Sonzus) which I am listening to again just now and recalling what a great night it was. And if there is one thing to say about this duo, these guys know how to make an exit. How? By muting the music again, and dropping in Adagio For Strings! Naturally, DIONYSOS was on his knees at that moment

All in all, by far one the most successful Trance events to be held in Lebanon. The music was sublime, the energy level did not drop from the very first beat to the last, the crowd was amazing, and most importantly, the DJs took us on a journey into sound that we won't forget for a long, long time. Hats down for Mark Norman for their productions and their DJ performance - the future holds great things for this pair.
