I was wondering about the DJs tracklisting...
How do you guys manage to not play the same tunes when you are playing live in row? like you decide the playlists, then compare, remove the same tunes if exist??

I was wondering about the DJs tracklisting...

And if they did hear the playlist they will most probably play something else. This proves the point emphasized by Genesis. The DJ has to know what the gig want. You cannot have 1 playlist preset & organized, however you can have a list of tracks to be played during the gig. This is part of being a good DJ.

Thats what I did in my last party
I made a list of tracks, with their BPM, so I can mix easily 
playlist never works, you should play depending on the dancefloor mood.
Tiesto played "Forever Today" as "encore".
But some DJs plays the same song twice & even more, which is a really bad idea, even if its a good song , & some people who knows nothing of DJing, they will have bad thoughts about him.
