"OH MY GOD!!!
I had the most awesome weekend. On Thursday I flew to Beirut, Lebanon to perform at a Red Cross charity event in L-bar. A nice an cosy little club where I met some great people. But than on Friday, the big day… my ‘Let’s Party For Peace concert’. What can I say? It was beyond words! Obviously, after 4 months of no big events at all and after the miseries of war the Lebanese crowd showed yet again that their hunger for good times is still as big as ever. The message for peace in the Middle East couldn’t be louder and clearer than that of the atmosphere in a sold out Forum de Beyrouth that night. Keep an eye on my myspace and this website in the next couple of days for some amazing video footage of this event. I will definitely will go back to the Middle East more often!
After my set in Beirut. I went straight to the hotel to freshen up and than to the airport to get my 3 flights to Castlebar, Ireland where I played for 2FM. This was a great night as well as the Irish did what they always do. And what they’re extremely good at… PARTY HARD! … And finally… sleep!!
I’m already looking forward to this weekend since it’s my first time in Paris in years!! And than off to Vienna where I had an amazing party last year with Underworld in the pouring rain. So I choose an indoor venue this time!
After that I’ll start preparing for my upcoming Asian tour in December."
