walla 3anjad ba3e na2es prestige at events ... u kno wat guyz im fed up with gettin ripped off in lebanon and if theres somethin else ud like to steal from us and ripp us off let it be trance events coz seriously if its more than even 40$ which is so damn high im not attendin events anymore ... i kno im only 1 but there will be hundreds like me.... if u cant lose the bad quality people so ur other option will be directly lookin at higher profits which is ur right.... but frankly speakin its just another way to ripp us of our money ... good luck mix fm.... i hope ill attend to NRJ events and try one out

They're not doing it to piss you off hehe, just ways to improve the events.
They might work, they might not.
I agree that a good number of clubbers won't be able to attend.
What can we do though.

We have 2 solutions:
- Kill the hooligans or
- Wait till they die

i recommend higher ticket prices but with discounts for university students (by presenting their Uni IDs) and thus less holigans and more quality ravers!


N.B: i know its so complicated and not systematic but im sure if it works, clubbers will have the best raving experience!!

As many members and you mentioned before you should:
1-Identify the trouble maker (ask the police firi3 el ma3loumat)
and if darak fail to do there JOB then ask the Army, trust me no one will dare to miss with the army they will kick the shit out of him, and wasta dont work with them (ya3ni sometimes) so if there was some spoiled little brat who made a fight, they will kick his ass first, then they will let him call his VVIP Father.

Usually in Europe the tickets are sold on Internet and there's no point of sale at the entrance. The identification is required when you go to the event.

Couldn't find the ticket prices of Armin Only 19 April 2008 in Jaarbeurs (Holland).

Second correction: Sensation White doesn't last 3 days. It lasts 1 night, up to 10 hours (like the one of Australia is planned now). Line-up is most of the time 6 DJs.

Now, concerning the ticket prices here. There is a fact. Europe is rich, the organizer is a label or an agency that is also rich and can sell at lower prices. That's also why there are free events (good example of ASOT 300). 40$ regular in Belgium isn't much, specially that Armin plays for sure 7 hours (and beyond), with singers and special guests (DJs) coming (i know that in Poland he will be with Richard Durand and a couple of others). And water or redbull don't cost 10$! . The organizer certainly doesn't want his clients (the ravers) to be dehydrated at the event! It happened with me at John Askew (Sleepless Nights).

But Lebanon is lightyears behind Europe and organizers aren't that rich. There's no event agency here of the size of MDT Agency in Poland or ID&T in Holland (for Sensation). The organizer has the right to make profit. The best way to prove the difference between foreign and local organizer here is to look at the event of 15 November: 8 DJs, 30$ regular, foreign organizer. Remember, John Fleming and Christopher Lawrence aren't cheap! Meanwhile whether it's MixFM or NRJ, the events here are with 1 DJ (the main one: Ferry, Dubfire, Sasha, etc...) or duo (Above & Beyond's Jono and Tony) and the regular ticket costs between 25 and 35$. The only event where i've seen more than one invited DJ is with PvD and Askew. But the organizer also has to think about the ravers' pockets. There must be, as always, a price on which both sides (clubbers and organizers) agree. Just find that price (and remember at the same time that the unwanted crowd can't afford it). Personally, i believe that 50$ is fair enough for regulars. It's not too cheap, not too expensive, in one word affordable. And i'm sure that with such a price, water won't cost 10$! (it shouldn't no matter what)

To end my post, not only MixFM is targeted in this debate. We're focusing on MixFM now because of the destroyed bar and couple of other problems. But we see kids also at NRJ events (really didn't enjoy much Above & Beyond's event here).
