^^ If you are seriously asking, for the GCC region, it's because the ratio of expats to locals is unbelievable, and because most of the expats happen to be males who f**k around here while their families are thinking they're working their butts off for them

For the levant (Or is it lavent? whatever), it's the fucked up mentality of some people, esp in Jordan... People assume that once someone goes into a bar or a club he or she are khalas 3arsat wou without any values... In Jordan some idiots are willing to kill their sister and/or daughter because they 'suspect' that she talks to a guy or is in a relationship with someone (in short, crimes of honour)

I totally agree with u, but even places that are relatively liberal like Lebanon or Dubai and Egypt the ratio is just as messed up!!!

P.S. im not really serious, thats the way it is.. i just got nothing better to do at 8:00 AM in the morning lol

^^ To be fair, I'm fine to some extent with the fact that most parties are full of guys, but what pisses me off a LOT is being rejected regularly at clubs that use the infamous "couples only" excuse, when you finally enter such places, you think you'd find so many chicks or at least some balance, only to find the same dreaded ratios (3:1 In Dubai).... I meaN who are they fooling? I'm glad that Peppermint recognise me as a regular and hardly give me a hard time at the door, but it's the other places... For instance, Mark Norman (Confirmed) and Cosmic Gate (Not yet) are supposed to play in the next few weeks at a certain club here, the club itself is acceptable for normal nights out, cheesy crowd, cheesy music, etc., I wonder how the fuk proper fans will be able to get in... It's not only that the place is as small as the pussy of a cockroach, but to gain access to that shithole will be a pain in the neck...
