THerz, the time has come to say goodbye to one of the best Lebanese Trance DJs/Producers, DJ Raneem! And we hope that he’ll be back soon!
But before leaving to Canada, our dear friend wanted to party one more time with us. And this time was going to be special! 3 amazing and talented DJs united yesterday and formed what they called a Threesome! And trust me, it was really awesome!!! Btw… no it’s not what you have in mind
they took turns every couple of tracks, playing a successful Back 2 Back 2 Back 
from TranceHits I saw Tala, Tax, Unforgiver. Robert (DJ_Tracid) came with me. Where were the others? The next day is a Sunday and our talented Lebanese producer and great friend is leaving tomorrow (Monday) to Canada. I’m sure that more THerz could attend this farewell party. Concerning the crowd, yes the place was quite full. But we THerz agreed that they’d start leaving at 1am. At 00:30 it was still full so I thought that… wow the people are enjoying it! Great! 1am I started seeing a few leaving. 1:45… empty! … Waiting for the “Trance Sunrise” Dionysos! (:wink:)
Before 1am we saw 3 girls in red coming to Mint Lounge… I immediately guessed they were the Marlboro girls that we see at events. How great to see cigarette promotions. I don’t see anything changing in the next 50 years here! Btw I’m glad that this time I could breathe at the pub. Usually there’s a lot of smoke, yesterday it was like there wasn’t a lot of smokers. Robert and I were happy about it!
The place was full at the beginning when I came at 11:15pm.Raneem kicked off a few minutes later with a nice intro. Then Dionysos took his place. I saw Johnny busy with the laptop and I saw that they recorded the set! Great idea guys
the music was really good! Beautiful progressive with vocals, uplifting and some tech. I liked the selection of tracks. I forgot most of the tracklist, a lot of amazing tracks were played but from what I remember, my highlights are definitely Adam Nickey – Never Gone (A&B Respray), Ferry Corsten – Beautiful, Stoneface & Terminal – Inner Voice (Dub Mix). There was also a Classic played but I forgot which one! The 3 DJs were just great; they all had fun sometimes dancing, imitating guitarists and pianists. It was really nice to see them having so much fun! Raneem also played a little bit with the mixer as if it was a toy Tala and I agree for sure that we really enjoy watching Raneem behind the decks! Man, your skills are great! Dio, you’re one hell of a knob addict lol also great to see you in the mix! Johnny, I’m glad you played ID – ID!! And thx a lot for Never Gone 
Now, before I finish this review, there was one more thing at the very end of the kickass set! Dionysos came to me before it was his turn and told me that he was gonna play something that we wouldn’t expect at all! So I was thinking… Vocal? Tech?... nah all this was played. When he put the headphones, I asked “Psychedelic?!”… and he said “Not to this point man!”… you liar haha! Psy-Trance was played at the end \o/! Dio and I were the only ones enjoying it lol
So it was another unforgettable night with our talented DJs, but this time exceptionally unforgettable. Why? Cuz we won’t see Raneem until the summer at least!
Mate I wish you BON VOYAGE and hope that you enjoy your time in Montreal!! Events over there are much better when it comes to the setup of places and the educated crowd
