After around couple of months of depression, aggression and total sadness it was finally the time to take everything out with some good music and well deserved clubbing..
we arrived at X-OM a little before 1 AM and AMADEUS was already on the decks warming up for the crowded clubbers that gathered altogether for one purpose that night.. FORGET EVERTHING ELSE IN LIFE!!
the crowd was mostly (and unfortunately) Lebanese as we all know the current situation, but it didnt mean the fun was any less, the crowd was less energetic or the mood was less hyper.. everyone was dancing their ass off and screaming like there's no tomorrow. It was well clear that ppl came to have the time of your life and the DJ standing above them in the DJ booth had a wicked plan on how to acheive this goal..
with that much energy it didnt take much for AMADEUS to start increasing the tempo and going higher and higher as the journey went on fast.
Track after the other, AMADEUS start pounding the crowd, with the best of todays trance and a mix of a few classics that had their magic working on the crowd who kept on asking for more.. and more is what AMADEUS delivered non-stop until the end of his set around 3 or more when the crowd kept asking for more so AMADEUS had to drop DJ Scot Project's bootleg of Advanced that drove the crowd to madness, but that was not the end.. as Gunther & Stamina took over the decks, the crowd kept on cheering and screaming for more so nothing could be done but to drop one last track - PvD's For An Angel which marked the end of a great set that was one of AMADEUS' best in my personal opinion..
After AMADEUS, Gunther & Stamina took care of taking the crowd into a journey of tech-house with their usual sound that has been and still is cheriched by many of their fans.. not sure till when did they stay on as i was too tired after a long day and had to get back home!!
on the otherside the organization was excellent, no incidents happened whatsoever and the sound system was ok, too much bass though and the tracks didnt sound that clear especially not interms of melody and vocals.. too bad that up till now it seems this configuration is almost impossible to achieve but with only few organizers..
been long since we had such an amazing night, too bad what we've been going through in this beautiful country.. hoping we wont ever hear any loud voices other than the high beats of music regardless of its style..
yesterday was another proof that Lebanon is going back to life, that Lebanon will be back better than ever.. thank you for everyone who was involved in this successful event!
