well, i've never bean to one either but as my bro used to tell me, the entire idea behind GU was revolved around the underground concept. for example...he once described to me the scence at one GU party... the event was located at an abandoned train station, surrounding the place they set up the huge dance floor. bars were set up along train tracks, and already old useless trains were set up to serve as VIP lounges!!! big ditches in the ground in which mechanics used to stand in order to repair cars from underneath were transformed by completely filling them with ice and drinks like red bull or bacardi breezers like huge ice buckets. partying in such an abandoned place would make you feel like you're in a different place, a different world and thats one of the things underground is about
