This remix of Wadi3 el Safi is by REG Project (the track is called Piece of Heaven)..and it's basically a Tribal House track.
The one you are talking abt is DJ O'Sane; he added trance influences in his remixes of old arabic tracks, like Marhabtein w Marhabtein, Raje3 Yet3ammar Lobnan, Khatarna Ala Balak....

this post is so......
that mauro picotto track, gave me allergies...can barely even hear the techno basslines...
but honestly speaking... back in the day...
some amazing ass tracks, had some arabic vocals in em.... some of them were quite offensive too, yet sounded so perfect at the same time.... i remember hearing one track that had the most beautiful "Adan" (prayer call) sound in it.... never felt so guilty, yet fealt pleasure at the same time when i heard it... i have no clue what it was though.
that was back in 1997... i wasn't that much into trance really, so got no clue about the track names, release dates or artists... were mostly played by some random rave DJs in the US!
i haven't heared a single decent (Arabic) EDM song, since then.... matter of fact, most of em make me puke!!

trance and arabic are two different worlds that would like to be mutually interacted but not too frequently. compare them to UFO sightings in the Earth's atmosphere: brief, but fascinating

Who hasn't heard that beauty yet? It's freakking genius! Not only music wise... but vocal wise too! And guess what? They're in arabic...
Why can't ARABIC producers come up with something like that?
I think arabic language has more sensual phonetics and letters that whatever vocals it would generate would be just beatiful, if properly inserted in a good musical piece!!
I want moooooooooooooooooore good trance WITH ARABIC LYRICS!!!
I have never felt home as much as i did when i heard this track....!
I could go on and on....
