If you could name a place.. city/country as the trance capital of the world.. where would it be and why?

Germany. No doubt about it.
The Germans are the ones who came up with the whole "trance" craze. And from then onwards the music evolved and was developed in other parts around Europe, namely Holland and UK

There's only 1 place that should be imo named the Trance capital:
GERMANY
Because this is where, like the new moddy said

, Trance was born and raised

Ibiza and Holland would be the sub-capitals or vice-capitals :mrgreen:

Just for the record , Holland , has sooo many trance dj's coming out of it , but you cant find a constant , weekly trance night , in Amsterdam .... !

So ... i would go with England ... Gatecrasher . Ministry of Sound , Cream , to name a few .... along with Above & Beyond !!!
