I disagree with everyone.

As tempted as I am to go through philosophical definitions of each term discussed here (as Raneem wittily predicted), I will just sum everything up in one sentence because I'm too busy filtering underground ProgTrance for my DJ case:

In each and every single music genre that has ever existed, there's "underground" material and "non-underground" material.
