I don't think that Armin's goal is to be #1 no matter what. Actually he is since 2006 for most of the fans. Which is why this Top100 poll is bullshit. For some, Tiesto is #1, for others it's Armin, for others it's Ferry Corsten.
His ASOT episodes have been amazing most of the time ever since he started (with a few exceptions). Do you think that every time he makes a new episode he thinks about this stupid #1 position? He works hard all the time, not just now. Of course this #1 position is a reward for all his work for the last decade but he has other things on his mind. This poll is just for the organizers of events.

Now let's not make this topic a debate about Armin and the stupid poll. Keep it ASOT-focused

Subzero, the Future Favorite is always a track played in the previous episode and chosen by the listeners Toltel's track was played for the first time this Thursday.

Lemon & Ainar K made a nice remix of Daydream the follow-up of Life Less Ordinary is the Tune Of The Week this time.
And then the melodies dominate this episode once again Nitrous Oxide makes a great remix. Daniel Kandi keeps kicking ass with another Banging remix as for La Guitarra, we all know the success of this track. But as i already said on afterhours.fm, it needed a couple of other remixes, different versions to be played in different sets. So Nilsen delivered a more chillout mix called Balearic Mix it's also very nice to listen to! Simon Patterson seems to be busy producing lately, after Smack you can check out Whatever it Takes for those who love dreamy melodies, you will love Toltel - Afterglow (R.E.N.O.I.S.E. Remix) *HEART*!!

Roon i dunno, i heard the track and i doubt that it is the same. However, listen to Markus Schulz - Daydream (Lemon & Ainar K Remix). The Norwegian duo used the same melody of their production Anticipation but modified it for this remix gives Daydream more energy and makes it danceable at events!
