young american producer "Elevation" is back with another track "Ocean Rain".. a progresser that continues his increasing set of beautiful progressive productions thought it falls very similar to his previous work it lack no quality though.. the subtle bass with trancy elements are all there.. in addition to a beautiful melody that goes althrough the track not to forget the dreamy feeling existing in most Elevation's tracks..
now the BOMB comes from the B-side i.e. "Robert Nickson Remix" and ppl this is HUGE!! a lot more power, much more groove.. uplifting synths starts off this track with a beautiful new melody turning this track upside down to a whole new experience!! def. one of the best Robert Nickson's work so far!..
gotta love these groovy uplifting synths after the early breakdown.. with that dark scary synths.. a perfect clubbing choon that will set dancefloors on fire!! This is BIG! be sure to check it out!
Tracklist:
----------
01. Ocean Rain (Original Mix) -- 09:21
02. Ocean Rain (Robert Nickson Remix) -- 07:44

Ok yea SamEr...the remix is Harder, but Elevation's original mix is a classic tune, especially the piano part. Iunno...depends on the mood i guess. Just like Mark Otten - So Serene....the original ownz....but so does the Menno De Jong Remix
Overall, both tracks are worth a listen...so i'd definately buy this release.

A lot of tracks he likes...i like as well. Apparently...him & bxtreme have the same taste in tracks as well. Bxtreme's sets & his DJ gig tracklist are amazing (imo)....so i guess u could do the math

What's great about Trance is that you could eventually move on to House

LOL jk

Well yeah I do favor some ProgHouse tunes over some Trance tunes but that doesn't mean that Trance as a whole is still my music! I just found the original to be much richer and more emotional while the remix was stripped of the emotion to be turned into a club bomb, which comes in second place for me, as I prefer the tracks to be enjoyable than to be danceable.

So...
I have been taking a break from present sounds and digging back into the older productions, when i stumbled across this...
This is beautify defined!
The original mix is dreamy, melodic, and all that... Yet if you listen carefully, the darkness and the edge is all there. And the melody with the kick after the breakdown, not the breakdown seriously made me try to catch both my breath and tears..........
Beautifullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!
I think i'll end the discussion myself.
OriginaLLL it is!
