L'Acrobat is indeed one of the best releases so far this year.
The original mix is a favorite for me..Blueman only enhanced the Original mix with his usual stunts but nothing outstanding, I keep mistaking his remix arrangement for 'Lego's' remix.
Overall great tune and original melody.
Why did it take you so long to release it ?

To be honest I don't think it took us that long. It was picked up a few weeks after it was demo'ed on Trance Around The World. So obviously there were the contractual stuff to be taken care of and then getting the right remixers. Ferry Tayle had already asked Karybde & Scylla so we asked Blueman. It took about a month before the remixes were completed and then the A-list promotion sort of started. I guess it took 5 months which isn't that bad for a big tune these days. I mean, we wanted to make sure to build some proper hype around this tune instead of just spitting it out and let the active forum people and devoted radio listeners have it. Of course I have to mention that we had a lot of other tunes in queue which had to be released first.

There was never a delay or anything and it got released as planned so we're happy and people seem to be enjoying it.

Oh i get it, 5 months and still causing a fuss, that's what makes the tune a classic one.
I always wondered how come most producers charge around 500$ or more per remix yet labels can afford getting them to work and sign them up for remixes anyway at times digital sales barely make any revenue to the label, how do labels keep up? or do artists rely on exchanging remixes to keep the ball rolling ?

Well the producers can charge that cause the demand is there. Look at Activa - it's crazy how many remixes he is doing. I'm not sure about the small labels but I do assume that many exchange a lot of favors to "keep the ball rolling" as you put it, which is good.
