Scott Bond & Solar Stone ~ Red Line Highway [Original Mix]
The long awaited follow-up to Naked Angel is finally here! A 40seconds-long intro brings forth a powerful beat that interestingly builds itself up on a solid bassline. After a triplet of minutes, the lead arrives, very silent yet very emotional, paving the way for the breakdown. At 4:20 is when it all starts - soft melody making its way up from the abyss, backed up with some emotional pads, and a quick drop of the beat after about a minute of tease&please. The Original Mix is approximately 12 minutes long, so you'd expect a second breakdown; and of course there is one. It doesn't add much to the overall track, but it's always good to hear a fine melody twice. Sweet release from Scott & the Solar Stone boys; not in the scope of Naked Angel IMO, but very good nonetheless.

Scott Bond & Solar Stone ~ Red Line Highway [Alucard Remix]
Alucard has gotten us used to quality remixex, and this particular remix is no exception. As usual, Alucard takes his time in building up his track, stressing on that progressive bassline of his that stands as the base of the kaleidoscope of electronic elements. The breakdown features some creeking noises, the original chords played on a very atmospheric pad, some spacey sounds, and that dreamy melody made even dreamier! The beat comes back in its progressive form, slowly building up again while the melody's playing... A second breakdown comes alone later on, even more interesting than the first! I personally liked this remix better than the original, but that's just me... Anyhoo, not a release to miss out on, so keep your eyes open for this catch!
