A bit old release, but it's better late than never to review such pieces!
A98, also known as Allende or Anssi Hohti delivers 2 tracks that would sure be very welcomed by the uplifting lovers!
Solar Wind starts off with a a driving bassline, surrounded with percussions and string-synths. It builds up steadily adding more beats till reaching the breakdown.
At 2:58 seconds, a Beautiiiful synthesis of strings, electrical twitches, and even more percussion is inserted, the highlight of the track imo!!
Dreamy pads follow later on and the track finishes with a more uplifting feeling even.
Binary Star builds up faster and definitely with more edge and depth. Also a driving bassline, with a touch of Acid! Melody emerges in all the hassle and later on in the breakdown with a rather chordy synth, Another lovely Uplifter.
Definitely worth checking out.
