After a great breakthrough with their solo release, Orange Dub, and their stunning yet refreshing remix of Andain's Beautiful Things, the Swiss duo are back again! When reading the name of the track, the only thing that comes to mind is a euphoric feeling and sense of ease.
And yes, you guessed it, that's EXACTLY what the track is all about. This progressive beauty right here is probably one of the best works of those guys. The original mix takes you on an absolute mental journey just as soon as that rumbling bassline kicks in at the first minute. As the track progresses, 2 melodies in the background start panning just to get you ready for a euphoric sensation that you face at the second minute of the track. Beautiful! Just beautiful! It feels like you're just fading away to those sweet melodies. Man oh man! It's not even over yet!! The breakdown starts off with soft and tinkling break-beats while the sweet melodies come to life again with a dark bassline. This is amazing! I'm loving this!!! Just when you thought that this is what Green Spirit is all about, the journey continues, only this time you're surprised with soothing trancey synths during the build up which goes all the way till the end of the track itself along with those sweet melodies that were sunk into at the beginning of the track. I recommend this to ALL melodic-EDM fans!

Wooo! That was quite a lot!
Alright moving on to the Static Blue Revised Mix...
Having had the Original mix at 134 BPM, this bomb is an energetic gem swifting at 140 BPM. I love the bassline in this track, it's very.....electronic! As mentioned earlier, Green Spirit is a very euphoric track. Static Blue takes this euphoric sensation to another level by injecting the track with a great deal of energy. The breakdown takes you to a dreamy dimension, and while you're at it, relaxing soft guitar notes are played that make goosebumps seem like nothing! The trancey synth from the original mix is resurrected and used to build up the track from its breakdown level. Fabulous! Just fabulous! Picture this: You're listening to this track and just gliding through the skies, till you bump into a cloud, land on it, and rest your body on it 'till you slowly swift through those skies again. That's pretty much how the Static Blue Revised mix goes.

This is going to be one of my fave tracks of 2007! Great job Koris and DJule!

And what a promising year this is turning out to be for melodic fans of EDM!
