One of the most awaited releases of the year floats to the surface on AvB's Armind. The original is as mellow as ProgTrance can get, would only fit in the very early moments of the night, with pretty decent vocals and a slow progression of dreamy elements. The tempo is really down there too, somewhere around the 125BPM margin I'd say, so it could use a bit of a pitch up. Blake Jarrell, a fresh hatch out of the egg, takes care of that tempo issue, chunks up the bassline, crisps up the vocals (then adds an Andy Moor touch to them), then comes that breakdown... effected vocals, soft piano, dreamy pads, eardrum-vibrating bass, gentle keys, and a sudden comeback of the beat, the synthesis of which make this mix, easily, the prefered choice among the pair, and quite possibly the progresser of the month. Keep your eyes wide open for Blakey, I anticipate big things from him in 2007![/align]
