most trance gurus will definitely remember a trance track that took the world by storm when it was released.. this song am referring to is Cygnus X - The Orange Theme.. and now it got a remake by the all talented Martin Roth with his buddy Frank Ellrich who, together, managed to deliver 2 new excellent remakes...

the vinyl consits of 2 remixes and the tracklist is:

A1 : Martin Roth Mix -- 9:05
B1 : Frank Ellrich Mix -- 10:01

The A side, or the Martin Roth Mix is the one i favor, no wonder since it's simply "Orange Theme" mixed with "Tiesto's Adagio For Strings".. lost? well let me recap.. this song is actually consisting of strong stomping bassline.. sweet melody that will form tears in your wide open eyes and when you think life is getting so sweet.. you got hit with that OUT OF THE EARTH sound that Tiesto used in his Adagio For Strings but this time it's playing "The Orange Theme".. something that'll really blow your mind... SCARY!!

The B side is a powerful remake that kept most of the melody of the classic song but in a more hard progressive style.. a really updated 2004 of this gem that succeeded in preserving the sweet theme of the original tune.. also a great work!!

In conclusion, a huge remake of a great classic theme.. something that really kept the high quality standards of this great tune.. if not placing it a little higher!!

I was hearing ASOT 158 and this thing came in in the new releases hour! i directly told dionysos about it!! TOTALLY AMAZZING!!! reminds me of the 2002-2003 sensation anthems.. this one totally rocks.. looking forward on obtaining the single! *cough* *cough*
