Beautiful, simply beautiful. The way this track starts off gives you the impression that you are about to embark on a progressive voyage into Trance - and very rightly so. Activa seem new on the scene, but they have one of those names that are just born for Trance! As for Broken Morning, a totally "morning track", it kicks off with a totally "morning beat": not too hard to give you a good-morning headache, yet not too soft to get you back in your bed. Progressively the warm keys and even warmer pads add up to the beat, and quality Trance can already be felt druing the buildup... and then comes the breakdown. Some breakdowns are just so sweet that you wish the entire track was just that segment repeating itself! The pads get more emphasized, and then the magical synth drops in unleashing one of the sweetest Trance melodies I have recently heard. One of the finest releases of this month, and a true Progressive Trance masterpiece. Be sure to get a hold of this gem.
