When was the last time that Mike Shiver disappointed you? Did he disappoint you in Lunation? Or in Second Season? Or Feelings? Did such remixes as Follow You, Sunrise, Out There, Alba Rossa, and very recently Speak In Sympathy disappoint you one bit? I think now. Release after release, Mike Shiver has been delivering nothing but quality melodic Trance, up to the standards of melodic master Armin van Buuren himself. Now he is back in a collaboration with newbie Elevation on one sweet vocal trancer. One thing I can tell you is that you won't understand the vocals much, but that sweet voice alone is enough to intoxicate your soul and take you to another world - a voice made for Trance. Sweet vocals, sweet melody, one hell of a beat... all in all one hell of a track. Truly up to the standards of AvB himself; if you weren't given the name but only heard the track you would instantly say that AvB had a hand in it, and I wouldn't be too surprised if he issued a remix of this gem anytime soon (it's been a while he hasn't released anything...). After the climax of the track is reached, and then withdrawn, a second build-up comes along with some perfectly tuned break beats, that eventually lead to a short silence before the beat re-kicks in with super-sweet piano melody. This track is kind of like the The Matrix: when Morpheus was asked what The Matrix is, he answered to Neo: "No one can be told what The Matrix is - you have to see it for yourself." Same goes for this track: you have to hear it for yourself.
