well well.. we'll start reviewing each track alone..
Track 01: the start of this album is a slow intro.. like the start of a movie or something.. and intro track would best describe it.. orchestra style.. well that's what you might think.. until you reach 3:15 minutes, then everything changes!! you feel as if you were left in the middle of somewhere and now u've been hammered with trance music all of a sudden.. it takes you on a progressive journey into music.. a hands up sort of songs with a weird blend of Nyan, flight 643 and traffic.. another surprise would be waiting you at around 7:20 minutes.. now we're more into that old tiesto sound, pure sweet melodic music.. and oh yess.. we're still in the same song indeed.. a really scary start i must say!!
Track 02: now you all prolly already know this track.. nice sweet trancer with BT on the vocals.. some say cheezy.. some dont.. in anyway it's on the album for your enjoyment if you like
Track 03: Traffic been released for a long time now.. i guess the pretty much opinion of most ppl that it's a hard track, killer on the dancefloor.. but not for everyday use... *unless you can handle it of course!!**
Track 04: this a a sweet 'n sad vocal song sort of an acapella with slow beats, piano sounds, violen, sweet vocals, nice lyrics and a very nice melody!! yummy!!
Track 05: ohhh.. Nyana.. another hot tune from Mr. Tjs that was released some while ago.. i say to really judge this song you need to listen to it loud.. it'll make you forget everything and everyone.. taking you in the world of TIESTO!! it has this progressive flow with very hypnotizing melodies that'll infect your brain..
Track 06: starting off slow.. very slow.. then a male vocal starts singing slowly with only sounds of the synth.. very low.. kinda dark.. like the start of a rock song.. a lil treble added along the way with another vocal joining in!!.. this track is more of a breakbeat track than a trance track.. atleast until the last couple of minutes where the melody kicks in.. i think in a trance point of view, this might be the weakest track on the album.. but still it has a nice aura of its own
Track 07: I remember hearing this track on Tiesto's 2nd add for coca cola and i kinda fell in luv with it.. female vocals enchanting at the start of the song while the beats kicks in.. a long horn and the singing starts.. very sweet and seductive singing i must say.. this track can really take you high.. high to the clouds
i must say one of the best tracks on the album very high quality production..
Track 08: this track starts off with only female vocals enchanting in a language that i dont know.. a LORD OF THE RING style enchanting.. then slowly the enchanting fades away while the beats kicks in.. a very unusual track with very catchy bassline and sweet melodies.. ownage!!
Track 09: that's the title track of the album.. another vocal trancer (seems Tiesto vision for trance in 04 is that the trend will be into vocal trancers..) but dont get me wrong.. this is not by any chance cheezy.. the lyrics and the vocals fits very well in this song.. like all the rest.. yet again, each song has it's own differences, ad for this track well it reminds me of the old Tiesto production.. that trancy sound that will keeps you mesmerized while listening.. welcome to the world of tiesto!!
Track 10: Oh My.. what could i say.. it's finally hear.. the new remake of one of the best trance anthems ever!! it needs loads of paragraph to describe what this major tune will do to you.. or to anyone who hears it.. starting off with amazing beats to get you in the mood.. then everything stops.. and that heavenly melody starts off far far away.. coming closer and closer.. preparing you for a journey into another world.. and things goes on faster by the second until the beats kicks in.. and the song will turn into a progressive teckish track with a melodic construction.. what does that means?! i myself dont care, just close your eyes and enjoy that magikal sound.. a very powerful track that will leaves you wanting more.. aching for more..
in conclusion:
a very nice album, mostly vocal songs but very neat production.. with only listening to it once i think it'll even grow more and more and will definately be a mark in trance history of this year!
P.S: only one negative point about this album is that it doesnt include Searching.. and i guess i'll stay on Searching for this song for sometime now..
