Static Blue is the guise of Jonathan Blakoe , a 19 year old rising producer from France. I've seen him post some serious tunes in tranceaddict forums, and now it looks like he's on the right track of great musical future, with already some great releases. And now it's "Under the sea", which has already been playlisted by Armin and Above & Beyond.
The Original mix kicks of with a strong beat and a solid bassline, and developes into a nice buildup, as other elements are introduced. The breakdown is simply sweet, with the beautiful piano and soft pads, between which, and suddenly, a serious melody bursts, and this is where the journey takes another direction.
The original is remixed by another 3 rising impressive talents. All 3 remixes did not alter the main theme of the original tune, but they are interpreted in the different styles of each artist. Ian Bett Remix is stronger and clearer in construction, kinda more juicy, with its rubbery bassline. Dan Stone Remix is more ravy, and a bit darker. Finaly, my favourite, Oliver Leighs Remix. The most massive buildup, and the sweetest breakdown. The most upliftingly complete remix in my opinion

Great release. Make sure to check it out
