Just my opinion. I wouldn't trust Mourinho in terms of commitment. He's his own man and that's no good (not always anyway).

You can't expect results with different managers walking in and out every season.
You need continuity. Just because Wenger hasn't won anything, doesn't make him a poor manager - he brought more cups for Arsenal than any other manager. Ferguson & David Moyes are other examples.
Liverpool don't need a new manager - they need an owner that can provide capita for the transfer market. I think they are well managed, if it's up to me; i'd leave in Benitez, give him 80 Mill as a transfer fee to play with and you'll see what he can do.

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich reached an agreement in the last hours of the summer transfers and Ribery will join RM next summer, in exchange Van der Vaart will go to BM.
