Cannavaro wins the golden ball trophy 2006 (?)

), it's not because french players are amazing (doesn't coincide with earlier's statement, but that's how it is, i support brazil & poland), it's because Thierry Henry deserves by far this trophy !!!!!!! We don't need experts to judge fairly on this one!

A little summary of Henry's year:

2006 -> 27 goals in EPL, 5 goals in Champions League, 9 goals with "the blues" (french not chelski!
), destroyed by himself Real Madrid @ Santiago Bernabeu & along with Fabregas the big Juventus (where Cannavaro sucked), played the Champion's League final, and if not the red card, would have won at last the famous trophy, the World Cup final (where Cannavaro hit him voluntarily). He didn't only score, but also gave a helpful hand in the defense! Finally and most importantly, instead of leaving to Barcelona for greater salary, he decided to stay in London at his club, sort of a way to thank his fans for all those amazing years (now that's LOYALTY!!)
But no, the journalists forgot all this. Obviously they had to choose a world cup winner. Then why not Buffon? Definitely not Materazzi! (what a scumbag). The Juve goalie was really amazing in Germany and decided to stay at his club despite the scandal and the relegation (now that's LOYALTY!!). Cannavaro left to a greater club with more money (i'm a fan of Real but i don't accept their policy) and now performs at a lower level which is normal after the World Cup.
I'm waiting with impatience for Wenger's reaction i hope that he will once again use tough words against those so-called experts journalists 
and i wanna hear what Henry has to say about this. Knowing him...
So... yea, i'm disappointed with this result, and usually i start to yell about injustice but because it's a forum here i follow certain "rules of behavior".
PS:
Ferenc Puskas, one of the world's greatest players, died a few days ago and was never rewarded with the Golden Ball. Raul, in his bright years, and one of Henry's favorite players, was also forgotten.
As for defenders, why Maldini wasn't chosen before? he deserves it much more than Cannavaro! I don't want to mention Grosso, he cheated against Australia and i almost burned the building down cuz of this! (yea, the land down under is my "dream destination" and i crossed my fingers for them as much as i could! Against Japan the whole building heard me
