I, too, am against the fast food phenomena. But I also feel your pain, especially since I'm away from home and well, sometimes have no choice but to pick up bollocks junk.

So I'm sorry, but I cannot vote. Even if I had to eat McDs or BK, I'd prolly go for a Quarter Pounder OR Broiled Chicken (which they don't have in the Middle East, and thus I don't eat BK at all).

They both stink equally! :mrgreen:

I don't see why would anyone choose fast food. Even with the hassle and all, one can choose a Healthy fast food. It doesn't have to be all fatty and fried! I am sure one can grab a salad anywhere any time now.
And in case McD is the only thing available, make sure to keep a healthy cereal bar with you. That should shut the grumbling tummy of anyone
