Friends and Experts in IDing Dance tracks,

I am trying to find a relatively older track (as in 2008/2009) that was played in Lebanon pretty frequently but only know that much about it:

1- May be considdered in the Prog House genre, but definitely House and not Trance.
2- The only lyrics that I can remember are " I belieeeeeve....".
3- Great beat
4- Male voice
5- Resembles "world is mine" by David Guetta.
6- It is on the draker side of House music, definitely melancholic, not happy, summerish.

I know, not much there, but can anyone ID that track? I tried everything online....
