In 2008 370 cities in 14 different time zones participated in this campaign. This year a new record will be established because 700 cities (37 capitals from 78 countries) will participate: London, Pekin, Rome, Los Angeles, Sydney, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapour, Rio de Janeiro, Istambul, Mexico City, Paris, Berlin, Athens, Warsaw, Poznan, Las Vegas, Brussels, Helsinki, Copenhag, Manila, Toronto, Moscow, etc...
