guys ...inno is this the way to start a topic..hehhheh.....the AVATAR should be 120x120 by size and 100k of size i guess but the SIGNATURE u should upload it somewhere on the net EX. geocities..and u link it to ur profile...no size limitation on ur signature

Upload the freaking video somewhere like www.freewebpages.com (or any other site other than thos efile sharing sites like yousendit) and then get the link and put it between :[stream] link [/stream]
Make sure ur video is low qaulity (56kbits/sec max) so that we can watch it properly (u know the high speed low cost connection in lebanon

)
