it has been done countless times before, but it never gets old...

it is one of the topics that is ever changing, due to the cycle of life, what is best now or yesterday might not be today or tomorrow.

yes i like to brag about my raving escapades... but to be honest.. it was a one recognition affair when it comes to this topic on my part at least.

i been to JAPAN once.... an absolute other world.. like a decade ahead of the first world in every aspect.... not only by obvious technology, but how people behave... they got the best sense of raving style EVER, as well..... me best RAVE was their hero, YOJI BIOMEHANICA... in none other than club VELFARE... in ROPPONGI.. the most hip district in Tokyo... but it wasn't Yoji set that made me consider it the best RAVE experience ever... it was the JAPS... they crowed was beyond IMMENSE... everything from knowledge to how they fucking looked and danced.. was like watching a fucking animation movie or series... it was RELIGIOUS.

anyways, share you're best RAVE experience in this thread.... whether it was a a track or better yet a video...

sadly, i couldn't find the VELFARE video on youtube, or ANY Japanese video of a rave either. However, gonna link Yoji's 2004 legendary video om sensation black, 2004... one of best sets ever by critics opinion, and surely mine. You can see from YOJI'S style that he was at least a decade ahead of people when it comes to attire and looks at least, ENJOY!

Yoji never fails. Mine was back in 2004 at Cyprus with Armin van Buuren & Markus Schulz "The Alliance".

its hard to narrow it down to one event .

But a couple definetly worth mentioning are Armin Van Buuren at Wadi Rum in 2005 . Deep Dish closing party at Pacha Ibiza in 2005 . Paul Van Dyk at Buzz , Washington DC in 1998 . Sasha and Digweed at Twilo NY closing party 1998 . This was the final night of one of the best nightclubs to open in north America . Cant begin to explain how good it was .

Paul was such an amazing Dj to see live back then . This is around the time the politics of dancing 1 came out ! I am not a big fan of what he is doing these days .... wasted talent !!
